Car seats and booster seats are complementary.

After booking, send date, flights, name and phone number for the reservations, as well as child seats request (up to 2 car seats and 2 booster seats per vehicle).

Additional Charges

Rates include parking, toll, taxes and all fees.

Gratuity

Tips are very welcome, we appreciate it!

We believe that gratuity is based on the customer experience, so we do not collect gratuity in advance.

Grace Period

If customer does not appear or make contact after one hour for domestic flights and two hours for international flights, a “no show” will apply; 100% not refundable.

Waiting Times

Domestic Flights – one hour after flight arrival on airport / flight tracking system. “Arrived / at gate”.

International Flights – two hours after flight arrival on airport / flight tracking system. “Arrived / at gate”.

Delays

Flight delays due to weather or mechanical problems; each case will be assessed individually and new car and chauffer will be dispatched based on company availability. If customer is not satisfied and decides to cancel last minute, fee of 80% will apply and customer will receive a refund of 20%.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund: 72 hours for sedan, SUV and Vans.

Full refund for minibus and bus: 22 days.

Cut-Off Time

For less than 72 hours, please call to verify availability.

Holidays

Prices are NOT valid for July 4, November 28, December 24, 25, 31 and January 1, 2025.
