We thoroughly enjoyed this company’s service in transporting me, my husband and our 9 month old infant from MCO to DisneyWorld. From the beginning, the price quote process was easy which was done via email. Carolina was prompt in finalizing our transportation details and they were priced well. We needed a flexible company to accompany us to church and wait until the mass was over before bringing us to the hotel. They provided customer service like no other! Ronald was our driver and he was very joyful and we enjoyed our conversation with him. He waited with our luggage at the church and took us to the Disney property afterwards. We had an incredible experience with Orlando tours and transportation. We were traveling with 2 toddlers that needed car seats. We were picked up from the airport, car seats already installed and ready to go! Our driver, Ronald, was so friendly and punctual. He even texted us the day before our ride to confirm our reservations and provide his contact info. The office staff is awesome too.
